I’m Elise Sauder, and it’s my honour to welcome you to Sunshine Serenity Studios, A warm and nurturing space where healing flows, self discovery unfolds, and your soul feels truly seen and supported. My journey into the world of holistic wellness and energy healing has been driven by a profound love for the Divine and practices that nurture the body, mind, and spirit. As a Reiki Practitioner I also have a passionate interest in Holistic Body work such as Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage & Sculpting, Fascial Stretch, Facial Reflexology, GuaSha, Facial and Body Cupping, Kansa Wand Therapy. I Love combining these modalities Intuitively. I am also an enthusiast of Sound Healing, Astrology, Guidance from Source, Oracle cards, and Aromatherapy.
Having walked my own path of transformation, I understand the challenges and beauty of the healing process on a deep level. Each session I offer is a warm, compassionate space where you can feel safe, let go of what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your truest self.
