At Sunshine Serenity Studios, I offer intuitive bodywork that honours the body as a keeper of emotional and energetic memory.
I’m Elise Sauder, a Reiki Master specializing in lymphatic and fascial healing, helping release stagnation, stored emotion, and energetic blocks held within the tissues. Each session gently invites healing, detoxification, and deep release, allowing the body to soften, the nervous system to settle and your energy to return to its natural rhythm.

I believe the body is a sacred vessel, a map of energy and emotion that mirrors our spiritual and emotional well-being. Through intuitive touch, Reiki, and vibrational therapies, I help clients release energetic blockages, restore balance and awaken deeper self-awareness.

I had the most incredible time having a treatment by Elise.
